– 9 ounces prepared pizza dough – 7 ounces California chili sauce – 3 ounces grated Real California Parmesan cheese – 3 ounces grated Real California Asiago cheese – 8 ounces shredded Real California Mozzarella cheese – Marinated pork adobo – Cilantro leaves – 3 ounces Real California Cotija cheese – Fresh lime juice

To prepare pizza, stretch dough into a circle of desired thickness. Spread chili sauce over dough. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan, Asiago, and Mozzarella cheeses. Scatter pork over cheese. Bake 4 minutes in wood-fired pizza oven, preheated to 650°F. Remove from oven. Scatter cilantro leaves over top. Crumble Cotija cheese evenly over pizza, and spritz with lime juice before serving.
