Spicy Wheyward Paloma



– 2 oz. Wheyward Spirit (made with Real California Milk whey) – 1/2 oz. lime juice plus extra in a dish for rim of glass – 3 oz. fresh pink grapefruit juice – 3 oz. Jarritos grapefruit soda – Angostura bitters (if desired) – Tajin chili lime seasoning (for rim) – 1 lime, cut into wedges (for garnish) :Grapefruit Juice, Milk Whey Alcohol, Wayward Spirit, Lime

Yield: 1 Cocktail

Dip rim of glass in lime juice and then Tajin spice. Fill a cocktail shaker one-half full of ice.

Add the Wheyward Spirit, lime juice and grapefruit juice and shake. Strain into prepared glass over crushed ice if desired.

Top with a splash of grapefruit soda and a dash of bitters. Garnish with lime wedge.
