Chocolate Fondue with Pan Dulce

– 1 cup Real California crema Mexicana – 1/4 cup Real California whole milk – 1/8 teaspoon salt – 1 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips – 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon – Pan dulce (Mexican sweet bread) for dipping :Hispanic Dairy, Crema, Dia De Los Muertos, Pan Dulce, Hispanic

Directions:

Serves 8-10

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Combine crema Mexicana, milk and salt in a small pot over medium heat; bring to a simmer, immediately add chocolate, cinnamon and remove from heat. Stir with a whisk until chocolate melts. Serve immediately with pan dulce cut into bite-size pieces.
