Blend together 1 cup vanilla yogurt, ¼ cup pineapple chunks, ¼ cup pineapple juice, 1 tablespoon lime juice, ¼ teaspoon + 1/8 teaspoon rum extract, ¼ teaspoon + 1/8 teaspoon coconut extract and a pinch of allspice until smooth. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with lime zest and toasted unsweetened coconut.
