Prune & Brie Crostini

Ingredients:

– 1 small baguette, sliced – 4 ounces Real California Brie – 8 California Prunes, halved – 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze – Fresh basil leaves and flaky salt for garnish :Brie, Prunes, Cheese

Directions:

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast until lightly golden, about 5 minutes.

Spread Brie on each slice, top with a prune half, and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Garnish with basil leaves and flaky salt.

Serve warm or at room temperature.

Yield: 8 crostini
